LOL, too funny! Gotta admit, it's fun to have a buff president. Although I'm surprised they didn't make it the April edition, so if anyone complained they could claim it was an April Fool's issue.

My kids bought the issue, they say they're going to keep on the coffee table to inspire them to hit the gym.

Not to anger all my liberal friends, but George W. Bush was a buff president too. Avid biker and weight lifter. In fact, I remember an interesting article talking about how Bush and Obama got along very well, as they are very similar personally: both dedicated family men, both gym rats, and both have a preference for dark suits and ties :P. The article went on to say Bush's resting heart rate was an incredible 45, Obama's around 60 (both numbers are exceedingly good).

LOL, no anger here, I agree with you. Actually, I would have enjoyed seeing a magazine cover of Bush showing off his six pack. Why not? Physical fitness is a good thing in a president.

Maybe this is the new way to save the economy. Instead of posing with an expensive suit, Washington Magazine will feature covers of shirtless people, as a way to encourage people to be more frugal.

Wow we do have a hot president. Why anyone have a problem with the picture is beyond me. They changed the background and they only changed the color of his shorts because of the black background. That was silly. Well fitness is one of the first lady's causes and low and behold the president is fit. Cheers for the magazine jeers for the hater Howard Kurtz.

It's so wierd that they changed the color of his shorts! I'm sad to think Washingtonian Magazine has a habit like that, it makes it hard for me to trust them. I mean, changing the color of someone's shorts is harmless, but what else do they photoshop? That's something you expect from the National Enquirer, it's sad to seem them stooping to it.
