Bump? Anyone with any insights? my son's haircut was atrocious - he's young so it'll pass but hoping to avoid another go and learn the hard way.

It's not Vienna -- sorry -- but we take our little guy to the Greenbrier Barber Shop in Fairfax. Minh (I'm guessing on the spelling, but he's the barber at the first chair on the right) always cuts his hair, and he does a great job. And for bonus points, our 20-month-old isn't afraid of him or his clippers. This could have something to do with the free lollipops. But really, he's wonderful with kids.

I know it would be much easier to stay in Vienna if you can, but thought I'd give Minh a plug anyway, just in case you don't get any Vienna recommendations.

You know, it's weird, but we lived in Vienna when I was a kid, and I don't remember my dad ever getting his hair cut in Vienna proper. He always had to drive a little ways. It seems unlikely, but maybe Vienna just doesn't have any outstanding barbers?
