We are looking for homes in the Loundoun county area (Leesburg and Ashburn). We were working with an agent that proved to be inexperienced and we are very dissapointed since we lost two homes that ended selling for a lower price than our offer (long story, sucky agent). Does anyone have a recommendation for an EXPERIENCED agent in these area? We are looking at new homes, forclosues and short sales (time is not an issue for us). So an agent with experience in these areas is a must. Thanks for any recommendation in advance!!!

We used Sharon Peacock with ReMax. She was terrific! We came from PA and in one weekend showed us about 15 houses (it was the only time I could be down here with the DH and we saw them all on a Saturday). She was in constant communication with us through e-mail.

rimahomes@yahoo.com Rima with realty Direct. She stuck with us for 2 years (we were picky buyers) did not loose patience with us once and as an added bonus gave us 1% cash back on her fees. We liked her and would recommend her to anyone.(and have!!!) She lives in Ashburn and so knows the area as a parent as well.
