Hello All,

I work in Mc lean area, I am looking to buy an house in ashburn area and my budget is around 500k, I looked at the carriages at loudoun valley and it is around 480k and I could not find any single family around my budget

experts please help me if carriages are worth buying at that price.

If it's a Toll Brothers, I would not purchase it. It's hard for me to believe you cannot find a house for 500k in Ashburn/Landsdowne area. Are you not working with a realtor? If not, I would seriously think about doing so. Probably save you some time as well. It certainly won't cost you anything. GL with your search.

Are you looking at new homes under construction, or resales? There's a new SFH in Brambleton for $453,006 - currently under construction by Miller and Smith for "an early 2010 delivery." There are only 7 SFH resales in Brambleton right now, and the least expensive is $525K.
