My condo association put up flyers in the elevators and on the entrance doors to each building about the "structura design plan" special meeting to discuss this plan next week. Does anyone know what this may be? renovations to the common areas and hall ways?? My mind is wandering. I found their website and this is what it leads me to believe that most likely thie building is getting an interior facelift.

Was it "structural design plan"? If so, that would mean something other than cosmetics -- failing balconies, for example.
