the Alexandria area that is reasonably priced? I am thinking of growing my hair back and would like to go somewhere that can do a good fade.

There is a barbershop in Landmark Mall called Touch-up that charges under $20. Ask for either Aaron or Supa.

There are a few barber shops in the Parker-Gray neighborhood of Old Town that I'm sure could hook you up. I've gone to All-American Barber Shop on Queen just off Henry. All of them are decent but ask for "Giles" if you can.
