Please bear with me while I ask a lot of questions here. Does anyone here live or know someone who lives in the Gunston Manor area? I am looking for information about which utility companies service the area, whether or not there are any police stations, fire stations, larger chain grocery stores and pharmacies in the area, and how close the nearest vet is. It seems rather remote. Is it safe? Would I still be able to have cable/internet service way out there? I understand that the house we are interested in leasing in the spring has oil heat. I've never used oil heat and don't really know anything about it. It that where you have a big tank outside that you fill now and then? Is it safe? Clean burning? I have asthma so that's important. Also, my boys would be attending South County middle/high school. I would appreciate any opinions/feedback on the school. Thanks so much!
