I am currently looking for a vet. I have read good reviews of Occoquan Animal Hospital and Old Bridge Veterinary Hospital and I am not sure which to go with. I am looking for the kind of vet who will understand that my dog is pretty much my baby. I want to feel comfortable going in and just talking to the vet about things I observe with my dog or things that I read (ex: should I get a blood test in this situation, am I overreacting in this one?) without feeling like I'm being ridiculous about every little thing. Basically if I see a weird bump or something looks like it's not right I am going to ask and was just wondering if anyone had had experience with either of these two places and how comfortable they make (semi) crazy dog owners feel

I go to see Dr. Mark Vernon at the Montclair Animal Hospital. It is located right off 234 and within the confines of the Montclair neigbhorhood--not true Woodbridge. But I *LOVE* him. He is very caring and would definitely understand your baby.
