My husband has no choice but to take leave. There are NO passable roads out of my area, a rather large area, with NO cleared roads and all of them having snow drifts from 4 feet to 8 feet. No vehicles can get in or out.

Oh for heaven's sake, at least half the commuters will take leave tomorrow. You have a short commute anyway! Buck up. You'll be fine. You don't HAVE to go in 2 hours late. Go in on time, if you think traffic will be better then.

Well traffic was lighter than usual this morning; however, two ramps into where I need to be in DC were shut down due to snow removal. I wonder why they did that during commuting hours?

There seemed to be a full load of people coming in at 6:00 a.m. this morning.

I DID go in on time, thank you very much. Contrary to popular belief in this region not all Federal workers are lazy.

Traffic was horrid coming home. It took me an hour to get to my apt from my job in Ballston.
