Are you working for the Airport? Taking the NO TOLL access lanes would make it less suck
yes, this is good advice my son. If you don't work at Dulles then you might want to gas up at the Dulles Exxon station. From there you can turn right and the exit puts you on (or near) old ox road. Just make sure that you pull into the gas station/convenience store or else the cops could stop you for not paying the tolls.
