No, it didn't!

I just wish he'd hurry up send me my private liquor retail license....I have a great location picked out and I can't wait forever! After all, I sent in my campaign contribution as requested...

And maybe the Governor can send me a few "non-violent" prisoners to help me set up the store (when they're not cleaning the rest areas, of course)!
