I'm familiar with the Burke area. IMO it's pretty quiet with parks close by. There are also a lot of moms groups there if you are able to join with your baby. Thanks for the recs. Unfortunately, two of those places don't accept pets. Having a 70 pound dog has been a serious obstacle for us to rent.
