I really think more people would be willing to help the people of Gary if the people of Gary showed any signs of being willing to help themselves. I have a friend who is at times quite lazy. When he does have a few bucks in his pocket he seems to blow it on crap. Yet his bills go unpaid. He asked me to borrow $500. I said "I dont think so!" Same situation with Gary it seems.
