Yes -- cost-of-living has been creeping up. Rents in the Valpo/VU area are one example of that.

Transportation costs for the NWI-to-Illinois commute are higher too (both gas and tolls.)

Please anyone hiring? I need a job bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I live in hammond, have lots of tech. training and am wasting away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
