City wont and in areas cant. Lake st is a great street with a lot of potential. South grand blvd is good. 20 in most other places would be a major commercial esp. With a beach a mile north of it. Oroblem city is dead set on manufacturing and parts on the north side of 20 is owned by indiana dunes. I remember when u had screaming wheels, zayre, kmart, the big wheel all right there. Great times had.

Zayre has been out of business since the early 80's. Lot's of history since then.
