How can I find someone to manage some rental homes for me? I have been doing it myself for years. But things have changed, selling the homes is not possible in todays real estate market without taking a beating. I just dont know how to find a manager, or what they would charge?

Property Managers in this area are a greedy bunch, they charge minimum $1500 per month per unit or 75% of the rent charged.

I would imagine you are one of those too good people who would never be caught eating a polish sausage sandwich while pulled over at the side of the Borman Expressway at 5:00pm on a Friday afternoon...now are you?

Are you talking to me or Fox?

I wouldn't get on the Borman on a Friday afternoon.
