Does anyone know what the status of the Orchard View subdivision development is? It barely was approved in 2014. (Crown Point panel narrowly OKs Orchard View plat | Lake County News | nwitimes.com) Last time I was out there, there was no signs of construction.

Must be either cancelled or on the back burner. D.R. Horton doesn't even have Indiana on its website anymore. Not even for homes in other developers subdivisions. I wonder if they have withdrawn from the area.
