We just relocated here from out of state and are looking at a house in this subdivision...thoughts? It is located next to a wetland and seems very nice, but just wanted to see if anyone here was familiar with it. Thanks in advance!

Truth be told, most of Northwest Indiana is a former wetland & marsh.

I looked at a house in this subdivision a few years ago that was a model home for Olthof Homes. Very nice house and neighborhood; I loved the privacy associated with being next to the wetlands. I ended up buying a different house in Schererville that was actually built by the same builder, but I think I would have been very happy in that neighborhood as well.
