<mod cut ... this info should be dm'd> not to use a lawyer in real estate transactions in Indiana. The agents & title company do what the attorneys do. (Though if you asked an attorney they'd wholeheartedly disagree!)

But it is true, most everything that is done by an attorney from contract to close is typically performed by an agent or title company in Indiana.
That's why Indiana agents think Illinois agents have it so easy.
