so he's leaving in September. He found an efficiency in Cicero for now. It's close to his job...etc. So now, I have done what I can online and have weighed the pros and cons of the commute ( I drive 114 miles round trip 3 days a week) to my job. His commute is about(by car) is 40 minutes to go about 20 miles. I have narrowed it down to the Hammond area...What should I look for... areas...Right now we live in Moreno Valley, Ca so I know 'bad' areas and shady places and they usually aren't that bad....and i DO know traffic. It seems like if I focus my search in that area we can find a nice home. We have no kids and definitely no plans for them..ours are grown
It seems like Hammond is relatively close to Chi and low-key...thoughts? Input?
