We are being transfered to Fair Oaks and I have tried and tried to find rentals somewhere close by for my husband and myself with 2 spoiled dogs and one cat. Close to retirement age, will be there for 9 months to a year. Not sure of the areas around there, DON"T want an apartment.
Can anyone help?? Love small communities, just don't want to feel like we're right on top of everyone else. Would like input, Thanks

Hmm... Morocco is about 15 minutes away I think. Small little community where everyone knows everyone. Fair Oaks is planning to expand pretty fast, so I think more will be popping up in the near future. You could also check Renselaer (sp?) Its alot bigger than Morocco, but around the same distance as Morocco. And I know there is alot of Rental Homes there... Soryy I cant help more.
