So, I am cruising up to Hesston to go check out the Steam Engine Museum (That is a 20 minute "tops" stop) . I jump on 65 and try to jump on 80/94 East towards Michigan. The ramp is closed. There is no sign that says the ramp is closed and FURTHER there is nothing that gives a sign telling you alternate directions. Soooo, I get off Broadway. Yep, Gary. And that ramp was closed. I pull into a gas station.

I'm looking for a map to find alternate routes. I'm kind of used to finding these things in gas stations. No maps, but say.............there were packs of socks and I believe some underwear in a pack. I was not aware.

We decided to go back on Broadway, the way we came, and look for Chase Street. Then we found the signs that gave us the detour route. Note: They were freakin' nowhere on 65. They were found backtracking down on Broadway.

Whooo designs this?

Meanwhile , I'm conjuring up all kinds of screwed up things to say about underwear and sock packs.

Ah, yes, the ol' let's blame Mitch game. I will say, though, that construction project has seemingly gone on forever.

No, actually, my problems with Mitch involve Payne and agony. I'm quite sure that he is not responsible for the lack of direction in the area noted above.
