Thought some of you here might be interested in this site. It's only for Oahu and it shows not only active listings but properties that have already sold, including the asking and selling prices. Pics and maps, too.
Disclaimer: I don't know this realtor nor do I have any interest in the business.

I found this one very useful, easy to search, and *mostly* accurate. I say mostly because it seems that agents don't always update their listings with the MLS.

I used OahuRE and still look through it even though I purchased a home. I think its the most accurate for the island compared to the Zillow or Trulia.

Oahu Real Estate
I too prefer the Oahure website over the site linked on the original post. I've found no other site that provides as much information as the Oahure site.

For example, the Oahure site provides a link to see the prior mls listings for the subject property. It also shows all changes to the listing over time, like price adjustments and entering or falling out of escrow dates. Just today for example, I used the Oahure site to look at a new list, and then link to the listing from 2002 when it was last for sale. I can then see photos of the unit in 2002 and compare to today's listing to see what improvements have been made (if any) to estimate how much money the seller has put into the property.

I also don't care for leaseholds. And the Oahure site allows me to exclude all leasehold properties from my search results. The Hawaiinvestor site doesn't appear to let me sort that data to exclude those listings. Although it does identify Lease-hold from Fee Simple.

I also like to use the advanced search feature to get a feel for the market. For example, I can easily structure my search to see that there are only 15 fee simple 1-bedroom condos available under $300,000 today in Waikiki proper (not Ala Moana, or McCully, etc). And of those 15, only 1 is over 500 sq ft. In comparison, 2 yrs ago there were regularly 35 to 40 listings that fit the criteria.

I can't define my search parameter in such a detailed way on Hawaiinvestor site. And the "areas" seem to by larger so I can't drill down a specific neighborhood as well as the Oahure site.

Anyway, both provide good info. I'm just a real estate junkie and find Oahure site better than any for the detailed way I like to look at real estate.

And no, I'm not affiliated in any way with the site and I'm not a real estate professional. Just an unbiased opinion of a real estate junkie.

I always use hicentral.com, it's from the Board of Realtors and not a specific company. Pretty much every realtor I know lists there aside from the company they for.

The OP's link looks like hicentral so it may be a link to them.
