How do I Ship a Toy Gun into Honolulu? (for sale, moving)

There is a Blade Runner Toy Gun prop replica for sale on the internet.

This Toy gun have no moving parts.

It is almost like 1 solid piece of plastic.

It is a copy of the Blade Runner Gun used by Deckard in the Blade Runner movie.

My question is :

Do I have to apply for any special documents / permission from the customs or police if I want to ship this Toy Gun into Honolulu?

You'll need to get down to the Blade Runner Toy Gun prop replica Gov't Office and get a permit.

Luckily you don't have any moving parts in that toy gun, as they might not even issue the permit.
