I’m not sure this is what he meant but practically all Hawaii beaches are man made. No tourists no beach replenishment projects.

It doesn't look like there will be a shortage of tourists. Hawaiian Airlines is predicting a return to 90% capacity by May.

Of capacity versus people actually filling seats is very different. Cargo contracts are key.

Sorry you have no sense of humor and got your panties all up in a wad!

Enjoy your miserable day. Bah humbug!
You got called out on your misinformation and tried to play it off as a joke.

Posts like yours that don't get called out and are instead shared and reinforced are part of the reason that this nation is in the divided state that it is.

Do better.

Always enjoyed the BI. Didn't know we aren't welcome.

I guess it's just like California, then.

Or what? Who put you in charge of what I post?

I remember now that we had a chat before when you posted:

"I find it HILARIOUS how white people in Hawaii are always playing the race victim when they likely give no thought to how minorities feel on the mainland."

And I replied:

You are able to ascertain what "white people" think?

It's HILARIOUS when white people are treated badly?

Remember that conversation?

Oahu: 7.6%
Maui: 12.6%
Big Island: 8.4%

you guys need to see the bad stuff happening in FL now - TOO many newcomers for good, not really tourist - tourist leave - newcomers staying and buying houses, driving up price, crowding street, houses close together to make more money, bad attitude, bad politic, crowding schools, increase insurance, property tax up, food/gas price up, too many other things now bad. Florida was paradise too, maybe Hawaii will change? Many people I know plan to leave.

That sounds more like people flocking to more inexpensive areas. Hawaii doesn’t have that problem, it has the reverse. More people leaving because housing is too expensive.

Median home price in Orlando: $284,000
Median home price in Miami: $450,000
Median home price in Honolulu: $920,000

(Unless the people are from San Fransisco or New York where cost of living is higher than Hawaii - americans anyway)
