Default Ocala mortgage broker...and Realtor recommendations

There is a small office associated with Wells Fargo/Wachovia bank, on Rooute 200, located in the Heathbrook Plaza, that we used. The female, whose name I can't recall, was very detail-oriented, knew her products well, was in touch with the daily as well as longer-term market trends in this area of Central Florida. She was referred to us by a Wachovia VP/ investment analyst(Joey) at the nearby Wachovia Bank, also located on Route 200.

She represented primarily Wells Fargo products, not strictly a mortgage broker as I think you are looking for. But, she had all the qualities of a mortgage professional that we were looking for and we were plesed with her service and highly recommend her.

While not quite asking the question, we also worked with an long-term experienced Realtor, associated with Century 21 offfice, located on SW 60th Street. His name was Pat O'Connor. Sorry, but I don't have his cell phone number. He was truly a Professional Realtor in every sense of the word. You tell him what you want, how much you want to spend, any other critieria, and he will produce a detailed search of the Marion County MLS books and have multiple listings for you to see the next day. He is intimately familiar with this community; knows all the great Active Adult communities, their HOA fees, the type of resident they attract, safety recort, on and on. Is very patient; won't rush you to make decisions; won't waste your, or his, time showing Active Adult Communities that have issues, problems, whatever, bad builder reputations. Is very knowledgeable, patient, and will get you the results you are looking for. Call Pat O'Connor at Century 21 on SW 60th Street. (He also teaches Realtor licensing courses)

Good luck.
