I am looking for the best place to be to raise 3 kids in Ocala - a middle schooler, an elementary student and a preschooler. Also need help in finding the businesses related to the criteria. Willing to commute up to 45 minutes each way. Prefer to rent a 4 bdrm house with decent sized yard.

I suggest you look into the Fore Ranch community which is SW of I-75 and off of Hwy 200.

IMHO the best place to raise children near Ocala is Gainesville.
