Would appreciate comments on each development. Thinking of buying a home in one of them and would like to know what I should consider in making my selection.

That is just too broad of a question. I've lived in Stone Creek 3+ years, and would be happy to respond to any specific questions.

Both communities are nice. Stone Creek is newer. On Top of The World was built longer ago but does have some newer sections. I agree that the OP's question is a bit vague. OP, please elaborate more.

Yes it was broad as I was looking for anything that you thought maybe important. However since I posted the question I was at Stone Creek and saw some sink holes in the Arlington section and part of the road was closed. Heard that 3 house had serious sink hole problems in the past. Don't know if this is true? Have their been a series of sink hold problems in the development over the years or is this just the first time?

Also, is their a public blog when the residence discuss events. This would be helpful in understanding the community.

Any disputes between the home owners and Del Webb?
