Anyone know what the membership initiation fee is, if there is one, and what the ongoing monthly fee is?

This link is a good start: Del Webb Stone Creek | Active Adult Community Ocala FL | Del Webb homes.

I wish I knew the amount, but I am sure this page will direct you to the answer.

Most of the sites such as the one you posted do not provide the costs. In this case in particular since the course is owned by a private co and not by del Webb. Hopefully a current member will chime in.

While it may not have the costs, there are contact phone #'s and email addresses where you can make an inquiry. Hopefully a current home owner/member there will read this thread and reply. Just trying to help.

we are looking at Stone Creek. The head pro wrote that for a couple the membership cost around 6 grand. Says you each need to play 3 times a week to make it a deal, otherwise just do the resident fee which I guess changes season to season. There are other communities withing the area that are cheaper and the golf is closer to 4K. Oak Run, Ocala Palms etc. There are more expensive totally private clubs as well. The Muni course is around 3 or a little less and has lots of activities too. The trick is being able to afford the golf along with the monthly maintenance fee's which vary from under 200 a month to around 350 for OTOW community. They are the one that does your lawn, paints the house, replaces the roof etc...but the golf is still extra. We're still over a year away and not sure if Ocala is the place.. Also looking at Palm Coast, but the cost for the 2 courses there are over 7K....not exactly in the price range for an old house painter and his teacher wife( mostly in Fl). Whatever happens I'm bringing my brushes and step ladder with me !!
