Is it better to buy a foreclosure in Ocala since there seem to be so many lucrative deals involving them? I see by looking online that there are a plethora of realtors who advertise foreclosures. Has anybody used the realtor service Pretty Penny? Is this a reputable realty service?

I have personally worked with Pretty Penny in the past and have had a good experience with them.

Did you end up buying a foreclosure thru them?

Actually, I was a realtor myself when I dealt with them, but never employed at their office. IMHO, they are an honest firm to work with.

Default We have 7 Dogs and we're coming to Ocala

Is it necessary to buy in certain areas of Ocala if you have 7 dogs? Ours are all inside dogs, so they're not outside barking at all hours. Is it better to live outside of city limits or is it good enough to just live where there isn't an HOA?

I would not recommend trying to move into the city limits with that many dogs.

I agree for the most part, though it's not truly going to be a big deal unless they're overly noisy, misbehaving, or the owner is not cleaning up the poop. In the case of the first two potential issues, just remember that 7 dogs in proximity to a greater number of neighbors equals more opportunities for problems.

Make sure you are not buying not buying into a community with a high number of foreclosures.
