Can you recommend a good RE agent in the area just outside The Villages? My DH has decided he really wants to move somewhere near, but not in, TVs. He has family there so that's where we will end up if we can find a decent place. We don't mind a 55+ over community if we own the lot and there are no HOA fees. Last winter while snow-birding we looked in the Belleview, Ocala and Silver Springs area but found nothing suitable. One place we looked at was literally rotting into the ground. We did not contact a RE agent but I have convinced him it's the best way to go.

I have vacant lots in ss shores. One on a lake!
