For can't miss local food or thing to do? Seafood, BBQ, local dives.

I'll be arriving on a Tuesday night, hang around Ocala area on Wed.
Would like to go over and spend a day in Cedar Key on Thursday to get in some coastal/beachy experience, is there a better FL forum for that? Restaurants? Boat rentals?
I like bird watching and would love to see River Otters
Not sure about Friday, fly out of Orlando Sat

Hm, actually just google mapped the address and its sort of SW of Ocala. Specifically Oak Run.

Cedar Keys still looks like the closest good destination though...?

Cedar Key is kind of neat. Not a whole lot to do there but its a fun day trip. If you like outdoors stuff, the Rainbow River and Silver River are great places to kayak and rentals are available. Juniper Springs is also a very nice place and it has a great nature trail that follows the water. If you are looking for a good time and have about a hundred bucks to spend there is a fantastic zipline course called Zip The Canyons. Its located about a mile from I-75 and State Road 326.
