Hello!
I'm making the move down to OTOW in mid-July and have not been able to get good info about the various utility costs for the neighborhood. From what I can tell, it's a one-provider setups with one option only for electric, gas, water, TV/cable and internet.

If you live in OTWO, would you mind sharing your costs for the various utilities? I'll be in a 3/2, 2 person household, and we're generally pretty frugal about water and electric usage. I've never lived in a house with gas stove and dryer before.

Also, what internet speed do you recommend for occasional Netflix/streaming but no need for gaming speeds?

Much thanks for your input!

Might name the community within OTOTW.

Water was about 3 times higher for me than up North. The reason is I did not water the lawn up North and you have too down here. If not for that my utilities were the same or less than up North.

Gas, electric and water have only one supplier. TV varies by area. Some are cable and some are satellite.

Is your heat gas or electric.

New or older home?

Neighborhood is Rennaisance, heat is electric, stove is gas. Ballpark figures for what anyone pays would be helpful; thanks.
