I looked at homes in Marion County recently, and I found one that could work, but it has no outbuildings. I want a 25 x 35 workshop for tools and machinery storage.

I need to hook up with a reliable company that builds these things. Can anyone here recommend someone? I assume I'll want the standard steel building with a roll-up door. It would also need electricity and a garden hose bibb.

Check zoning to be sure you can build the building and the requirements for the building.

What area/subdivision are you looking at ?? City limits or outside ??

Start at the Marion County Zoning site: http://www.marioncountyfl.org/depart...ervices/zoning

Right now I'm only interested in finding someone to build it.

HandyHouse bldgs in Ocala just built us one. I believe the street they're on is Pine Ave. You need a permit first.
