We currently live in TN but looking to only rent in Ocala. Is there any property managers willing to rent to us with 2 dogs (Basset Hound and Rat Terrier (spayed) and 3 cats ( all spayed). I really don't want give them up to a shelter. Willing to pay additional deposits per pet. Any info would help. Thanks so much!

House or apartment?
Marion County or the city of Ocala? Marion is the size of a small state so might give a little more info on where your job is or what part of the county you want to live in. The area around Ocala is also called "Ocala" but not part of the city.

I know job is in the area of NW 37th Ave. I also have kids. So safe is what I am looking for and anything willing to accept all of our pets.

That is probably in the city.
You want to go to the State of Fl site and look up the quality of the local schools. The ratings vary a lot by school so be sure to check the school your children will be going too.

My suggestion would be that you look outside of the city. Say within 10 miles? Traffic can be heavy so if commuting is not your thing check the traffic also. I do not consider the traffic a problem but a few long time residences do.
