What kind of infestation? Lizards?

No Jimrob1. I know you're trying to be humorous but, no, infestation of the six-legged kind.....

Well my bad, I said modular home, modular homes are different than mobile homes, the new terminology for mobile home is manufactured home. Modular homes are set down on a permanent foundation. I was meaning manufacturered home ala mobile home.

The community that we live in now, one is require (by the bylaws) to put their home on a permanent foundation. And if you replace your "home" the replacement "home" cannot be more than 5 years old. You see a lot of brick, stone, concrete foundations around here (mine is a concrete style). Still they are manufactured homes. Some are fairly new and look really nice on their brick or concrete foundations. Most have 1-2 car carports, some have garages, most have lanais (screen porches) and patios with adjacent sheds under the awning/roof. Mine has a front porch, a rear lanai, an adjacent shed, a one-lane carport, a fenced back yard, a side yard and two front yards (I am on a corner lot).

The littles ones that scurry away when you walk to your home surrounded by grass, small bushes, and plants?

Yeah, they're cute but also annoying in that they like warm things and once your engine starts cooling they climb under the hood, go in your front grill area or your wheel well and stay there until you drive the car off again. One time I started it and the lil lizard came out where the windshield and hood are and remained like it was a hood ornament.

Absolutely, we have a "snowbird" season in Ocala. Many folks head down after either Thanksgiving or Christmas and travel North in the Spring or early Summer.
