Deer Path is fairly new within the last five years and I think there is still some room left in there for new construction. I think Indian Pines is all built out. I am not sure about Regal Wood or Magnolia Forest but I believe they are old neighborhoods. What are you looking for is the question? Do you want to build a house, buy a fairly new one or is a 20 year old one ok? Do you want a HOA and a gate to go through. Do you want some acreage or is a standar 1/4 acre lot fine. What price range do you want to be in? Is employment important?
