Does anyone know average cost for a double wide? 3 room? I am looking but hope to find a resonable price.
(buying a home.)

There are many dealers in Ocala, such as Uncle Roy. You'll probably find a nice 3bd/2ba doublewide between 24-38,000. If you need a lot to put it on, the price per acre has dropped as the economy fell, but consider the outskirts of town or even Levy County. Some areas of Marion County are becoming deed restricted.

My parents live near the Levy county line. I believe they also require a 5 acre parcel of land before putting a mobile home on it....unless you find a home already grandfathered in on smaller acreage. You can find some great deals and most of the dealerships do offer home/land/utility packages in with the financing. There are also lots of really nice used ones that already have garages, decks and landscaping. You should be able to choose from a whole lot of options in a wide variety of price ranges.

Well, If you want to move to Inglis Fla. It is in Levy county, It is a small town w/only one traffic light. If you are Retired or a Shrimper/Fisherman it would be a great place to live but, not for someone that is Young. There is Nothing to do here, No Fun things to do either, Not like the bigger towns and or Cities.
