I've read quite a few of these threads and a lot of people seem to say "There is no reason to move to Ohio unless you live in Indiana, Michigan, or Illinois." They are saying Ohio isn't that great, and implying Indiana is so much worse.
Well, I've been in Indiana my entire life (well i live 5 miles from Michigan, and 10 miles from Ohio) and I think it is a wonderful place. Then again, I've never been anywhere else.
I guess a lot of the factories are going out, and the unemployment rate is kind of high.

Okay we have our problems, but there are a lot of beautiful small communities (Fremont, Angola, Hamilton) that make Indiana a great place.

I live in Ohio and I dont see anything bad about the state of Indiana. I have family in Indianapolis and South Bend and they seemed like nice places overall. A lot of people dont like the state because its too average, theres a lot of corn, and its completely flat. Indianapolis doesnt seem like a place where people really have too much of a reason to move there. A lot of people get a degree and then move out of the state because theres not that much going on. It happens in Ohio too but more in Indiana.
