Looks nice to us but it looks really small. The town I mean.

In this a safe area? What type of vibe does it have? The house itself seems nice. So does the neighborhood.

Lordstown is very small. Like under 4,000 people small. It's really only notable because there is a GM plant there (that actually employs nearly twice as many people than Lordstown's population).

I don't know anything about the vibe, but it is a safe place.

You'll be making constant drives to nearby Niles or Austintown for everything. Both are about 15 minutes away. I don't even think there's a grocery store in Lordstown. It's a very empty, rural area.

Very safe and very small. Their high school doesn't even have a football team, but it is nice and quiet. Like TheYo said it's more rural.

BTW, are you sure the property isn't in Mineral Ridge, if it's not it's awfully close.

If it's in that area between 46 and the truck stops on 80 you would be really close to Niles and Austintown.

Looks like it's west of 46, rural but close enough to everything.

The address is 1280, It didn't seem that remote to to me when I mapped it. It seemed close to Austintown.

It's actually pretty far out there. Niles looks pretty close on a map, but there's no direct road there from Lordstown. The fastest route to the mall complex in Niles would actually be driving up to Warren and cutting through it. What makes it worse is that the part of Niles you'd be driving to (the mall/shopping area) is on the NE side of the city, and Lordstown is SW of Niles. It's a good 15 minute drive from that address to the Eastwood Mall complex.

The middle of Austintown (the Mahoning Ave & 46 intersection) is a 15 minute drive as well.

Good luck with the move in tomorrow! Hope your son likes his dorm!

You guys are right, when I looked at the map before I thought it was closer to 46...........still not a bad area, just a little out of the way from most places, but still close enough.
