The cities are:
#4 Columbus
#6 Dayton
#10 Cincinnati

along with nearby Louisville (#7) and Indianapolis (#8) as well. No surprise, at least from my end. I've run enough cost of living calculators to know I can't get much more bang for the buck than my own hometown of Dayton (except maybe Columbus...)

I know it is another dumb list, BUT hopefully we can utilize this fact better. It is a competitive advantage we as a state hold. We're the place where people actually have enough money left at the end of the week to have fun - imagine the marketing campaigns with a slogan like that!
