Good numbers including Cleveland. Cleveland msa and CSA population losses down to a trickle.. International migration to Cleveland last year almost matched fast growing Columbus. It looks like Cleveland can very well show an increase in population by 2020 census.. Especially with the downtown populations continued fast growth.

Cleveland will have a natural decrease in next decade, if not this one. Population get older and negative migration just accelerates this trend.
