No love for K's in Troy? I was just there this weekend, and it's one of the best I've ever had. The Hamburger Inn in Delaware is good as well.

I really enjoy Stack City in the Short North. I don't about being "the best" but it has a very laidback vibe in an otherwise ritzy part of town, awesome patio seating and really tasty/interesting burgers. My favorite is the earth burger which is mushrooms, red wine onions, swiss cheese and truffle mayo
