How about some links?

Actually Cuyahoga County GDP is 25 percent higher than Hamilton County GDP, but Cuyahoga County is larger than Hamilton County.

I couldn't find the metro GDP amounts, but Greater Cincinnati is much larger than Greater Cleveland in area and has a 20 percent larger population (Summit County isn't included in Greater Cleveland even though an adjacent county to Cuyahoga, but is included in Greater Akron). Where did you see metro GDP amounts?

Per capita GDP is the most meaningful number.
