I did a Google search and found these sites for your area.

https://www.wkbn.com/news/local-news...umbull-county/

Here's the yelp.com list of Warren restaurants with delivery.

https://www.yelp.com/search?find_des...c=Warren%2C+OH

According to TripAdvisor.com, these are restaurants in the Warren area with carryout and possibly delivery.

As far as cooking fatigue, perhaps consider developing new recipes and especially, new healthy cuisines. If you find some excellent, healthy, online recipes, please post them!

Life under quarantine allowed me to relive one of my favorite moments in sports...ESPNU just showed a replay of Ohio State's great win over Miami in the 2002 National Championship game.

Anyways, I've definitely been trying new recipes to cook...problem I have is cooking for just me gets tiresome. I do go pickup food from a few restaurants that are doing carryout but can only do that so often.

The hardest part comes on days like this when it's cold and there's snow covering the ground...I have no desire to go outside at all.

We don't have family in the area and this year, since no one was able to come home, we would have had brunch after church on Easter Sunday, at either The Trumbull Country Club - where we are members and can walk there from our home, or Cafe 1884, in Youngstown, which has an amazing brunch.

Alas, the church was live streaming, and nothing was open. I really didn't feel like cooking for two, so I threw something together and baked a lemon Easter cake myself. My husband is a huge fan of Buttermaid Bakery in Boardman, and their Kolochki. We only have sweets on holidays, and we've grown fond of the Kolochki.

I am sick of my own cooking and tired of cooking every night.

Are there any restaurants that deliver? (Other than drive-thru fast food or pick up pizza, which we try to avoid) Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
You may have already thought of it, but DoorDash will deliver from a variety of restaurants to your home.

Just check your order before they leave. Some drivers are known to take items and
the restaurants won't compensate for that.

From your post, it sounds like we would order different things. But, so far, I haven't had a problem getting what I ordered. (I typically order dairy and meat products)
Unfortunately, the closing of the café has caused the food market to close. The manager explained that the individual online orders were piggy-backed onto the cafe's order. And, without the cafe's relatively large order, it's difficult to ask the farmers to make such small special deliveries.

Sheena, I understand you're a vegetarian, but if you're looking for something different, and don't mind the drive to pick up, Rev's Ribs in my neighborhood is still open. If you call ahead, they will BBQ tofu. That's not something I'm into, at all. But, some of my neighbors say it's great. I don't know if they have a website, but if you're interested, look them up on Facebook.

I've noticed that some of the people who went hardcore shelter-in-place from the very beginning are beginning to burn out now.

I know several examples of people who literally didn't go to a single place for 2-3 weeks, but that took its toll and now they are golfing, going to the country club, bringing childcare and cleaning workers back into their home, meeting with limited groups of friends and family, etc.

It seems to me that the people who continued to go out on a limited basis from the beginning are faring better through this.

Not at all. If you have a home setup with proper entertainment, 3 weeks is nothing. Plenty for me to do around the house and in my garage on my racecar. The first people out once everything opens back up will be the first round to catch it most likely.

The 4/15 death from COVID-19 of an Ohio man who labeled Ohio's stay-at-home policy a "political ploy" on Facebook made international news.

<<'Does anybody have the guts to say this COVID19 is a political ploy? Asking for a friend. Prove me wrong,' he wrote in a March 13 post. >>

Default Using nylon stockings to boost cloth mask protection

<<...new research suggests that nylon stockings could once again play a critical role in a national battle — this time by making homemade cloth masks significantly more protective....

In some cases, that extra nylon layer helped homemade cloth masks match or exceed the filtering capability of medical-grade surgical masks.

"It really improved the performance of all of the masks, and it brought several of them up and over the baseline mask we were using, which was a 3M surgical-type mask," says Loretta Fernandez, an assistant professor of civil and environmental engineering at Northeastern University and one of the scientists who conducted the research.

Even the surgical mask performed better with stockings in their study: Testing showed that it went from blocking out 75% of small particles to 90% with the addition of a pantyhose overlayer. An N95 respirator, by comparison, is designed to block out at least 95% of small particles when worn properly.

"Adding a layer that keeps the mask tight to the face is going to improve the function of any of these masks," Fernandez explains, "because how well they protect us is not only a matter of what material we're using to do the filtering but also how well [the mask] seals to the face, so that we're trying to avoid air making it around the mask into our breathing zone." The pantyhose layer, she says, helps creates a tighter seal around the face to reduce how much air leaks around loose edges — similar to the seal on an N95 respirator.>>

There likely will be a shortage in the near future of queen-sized pantyhose:

<<Then, the researchers added to the masks a nylon stocking overlayer made by cutting a ring of material, about 8 to 10 inches deep, from one leg on a pair of pantyhose. "I would recommend perhaps a queen-sized [pair of pantyhose] just to make breathing easier," Fernandez says. The wearer puts the ring over their head like a headband, then pulls it down on top of the cloth mask, creating a tight fit to the face. This forces particles that might have otherwise gone around the loose edges of the mask and been inhaled to instead go through the mask, which can filter them out, Fernandez explains.>>

The article claims that masks using pantyhose rings also are effective at protecting against nuclear fallout....

The decedent's family is targeted on social media, even though the decedent reacted very responsibly as he understood the dire reality of the COVID-19 virus.

<<News outlets from The Sun in England to the New York Post to Fox News over the past week have run stories critical of McDaniel for writing on social media that the new coronavirus was a ploy. Another McDaniel post used an expletive to criticize Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine's decision to close restaurants and bars. The social accounts have since been deleted.>>
