Look, NJ will continue to do well, just because of spillover from the New York City area. For that matter, even New York will do well, because it's New York.

People in Ohio need to understand that unlike New York (downstate) or coastal California, nobody gives a **** about their state relative to Indiana, Texas, Colorado, etc. They will go where the taxes are low, period. Places like San Fransisco can have high taxes and ****ty homes that cost $900,000 and people will still want to live there because of the scenery/coast/mountains/etc. But Ohio, with it's obsession with its football, cow tipping, brown colored lake, fat people, corn, and other wonders basically has to offer what 40 other states do as well. Ohio can't compete being one of the most overtaxed and overregulated states in the nation, even though some other ones like California, Hawaii, New York, and even New Jersey can be like that and still do well for themselves.
