I really don't think there are any. There was a B&B near downtown on 5th Ave a few years ago, but i think it may have folded. It is somewhat strange that there aren't any downtown. Warren has one right on courthouse square.

you will have to go to the suburbs for conveniences such as hotels.

considering how businesses such as grocery stores, gas stations, and most restaurants left downtown after the steel mills closed, it isn't really that odd. it is probably for the better, though, so traficant had somewhere to put all those courthouses.

South Avenue or Market Street in Boardman, or the Hampton Inn on the edge of canfield are your best bets. Seven miles is nothing in Youngstown. There is no traffic to deal with.

Ok. Thanks. I am familiar with The Inn in Poland. It has been about 15 years since we have been there. Just thought it might be neat to visit my grandmother in Yo., stay downtown and visit the museums, eat, take in a Steelhounds game (but then I saw last night in my search that they don't exist anymore). I thought it would be neat to stay at the Prinz (sp?) mansion and check out the houses in that area, but I also saw that it is no longer open. You're right, we could drive in/out. It isn't that busy. We'll think about it.
