ah yes, I have been in the area - I took my daughter to the playground by the courthouse when I was out apartment shopping.

Do you know of any tennis courts in the area by northbury? I saw there was one at the local high school (unsure of name) , know of any others?

Ya, there are the ones in Howland on E. Market in front of the high school. Packard Park has tennis courts at the back of the park near the Mahoning River on Mahoning Ave. Cortland has tennis courts in Willow Park located on Russell Ave between Fowler and Main St, it would probably take you the same amount of time to get to Willow Park as it would to Packard Park in Warren.

Oh yeah, also forgot about the tennis courts in Howland Twp. Park, (probably the closest besides the ones at the high school) when you leave Northbury make a L on Reeves, a right on North Rd., then a left on E. Market and make the first left after the Dairy Queen, that road will lead you to Howland's Park.

BTW, there are some good events going on this week during the Packard Car Show. If you want to learn some local history this week is the week to do it.
