In September, I'll be heading through Wichita, staying there a night and then going up to Chicago. Any routes to avoid? I'm looking for the least stressful and easiest to get into Chicago even if it means a little out of the way. It's a honeymoon trip and we're going straight from Wichita to Chicago.

The only part of this drive I've ever done is the OKC to Wichita part. Pretty straight forward. I-35. Haven't done the rest of it, but I would just use Google Maps. I've always found its suggested routes to be pretty good.
