Hi,
I will be staying at the Heritage Guest House at 130 NW 17th for a month. Can anyone tell me if this is a safe area? Is it an area that I can walk around without worrying? Thanks for any information.

Yes that is a very safe area even though you are practically in the middle of the city.

You are on the eastern flank of Heritage Hills, which is one of OKC's premier old money areas.

There are people that go jogging all the time up and down Robinson Avenue, which is where you are staying, if that gives you any indication of the safety of the area.

It's very safe- 23rd street near there often has a group of panhandlers/bums but they are not really a safety threat. When you see the neighborhood you will be able to tell that the safety is really high.
